Sesame Matcha Soba and Lemon Soy Vegetables

This is a simply delicious Asian-inspired meal that is more healthy than takeout. Get creative with the side veggies--these seasonings can go with anything!

Vegetables
2 bell peppers (cut into large chunks)
16 oz green beans (cut in halves)
2 lemons juiced
4 dried chili peppers
4 cloves garlic chopped
soy sauce (to taste)
1 Tbsp rice cooking wine
coarse black pepper

(1) Heat vegetable or olive oil to a medium temperature in a large skillet or wok
(2) Add chili peppers and cook for 2 minutes
(3) Add all of the vegetables garlic and  and turn the heat to high. Stir often for 3 minutes
(4) Add lemon juice, wine, soy sauce, black pepper
(5) Cook until your desired level of al dente

Noodles
1/4 C rice cooking wine
1/4 C soy sauce
1/2 C water
1 Tbsp 
2 cloves garlic grated to a paste
2 tsp corn starch
1 package Soba noodles*

*I used green tea noodles which didn't add too much flavor, but a wonderful pale green color. You can find this awesome cha soba http://www.hakubaku.com/en/products/us/

(1) Prepare package of noodles as indicated on package. Drain, rinse with cold water, drain again and add 1 Tbsp sesame oil.
(2) Add sauce ingredients to small saucepan and let simmer for 5 minutes
(3) Add noodles to saucepan and toss to coat and take off heat
