Something I've Tried: Earth Balance Mac & Cheese Edition

Yum! This earth balance vegan cheddar mac & cheese is wonderful :) The color is a muted orange instead of the bright neon orange promised on the box, so don't be surprised at the more natural hue! The cheese sauce was slightly sweet, I used Silk original soy milk but when I make it again I will use unsweetened. I supplemented the delightful cheesiness with a sprinkle of Go Veggie! grated parmesan. I highly recommend this mac & cheese for a nostalgic bite. 

Wonderful dinner or midnight snack ready in just over 10 minutes!
